R. Kelly placed under arrest for 200,000 in unpaid child support

R. Kelly has been taken into custody by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office during a hearing over his unpaid child support, as the Associated Press reports. The Chicago Tribune reports that Kelly owes over $200,000 to his ex-wife Andrea Kelly, and faced jail time if he wasn’t able to pay more than $161,000 today.

Just a day before his arrest Kelly, 52, was interviewed by CBS This Morning’s Gayle King, for the first time since his sexual abuse charges and being released from jail, In the interview Kelly is very emotional and looks frightened as if he knows his luck is finally running out. At one point, Kelly looks at the camera and screams that “it’s stupid” to think he would hold women against their will given his past. Each of the 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse Kelly is facing carries a possible sentence of three to seven years; probation without prison time is also an option.

Tekashi plead guilty to nine felonies, including racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses, and narcotics trafficking back in November. He also admitted that he hired someone to shoot rapper Chief Keef. He was facing a minimum of 47 years and the possibility of a life sentence. Now, it looks like the U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York has decided “not to prosecute [69] for the crimes set forth in Counts One through Nine,” The plea deal states (per TMZ), “Should the defendant successfully cooperate, the government agrees that it will file at the time of sentencing a motion…for a sentence below any mandatory minimum.”

Nothing is set in stone as of right now, since the hearing is set to take place for next year. My main question out of all this is how are you gonna disguise a man with 69 tatted all over his face?

YNW Melly denied bond after charged with two counts of double murder

Florida native YNW Melly has been denied bond, one day after of being charged with two counts of first degree murder (Feb 14). Miramar, Fla.’s police department believes that Melly is responsible for the shooting deaths of 21-year-old Anthony Williams and 19-year-old Christopher Thomas Jr. Two aspiring rappers that YNW had reportedly been very close friends with. police have reportedly found forensic evidence that point toward him being the person that killed the two men. Authorities say Melly is the triggerman and that his friend YNW Bortlen, helped stage the scene to appear as a drive-by. Even with all this coming out, Melly maintains his innocence and publicly mourned their deaths on Instagram while posing with the two now deceased men, and leaving one last statement for his fans.
